Essential Oil Therapist Specializing in Emotions, Wellness Educator and Certified Reiki Practitioner
Wendy is passionate about whole health, wellness and positive living. She loves to teach others how to live a more fulfilling life by showing them a different approach to the choices they make everyday; what we eat, how we handle stress, the products we use on our bodies and in our homes, and especially how we think and feel.
Her specialty is using essential oils and coaching techniques to release energetic blocks for both emotional and spiritual healing. These shifts in the sub-conscious mind can be life-altering, improving not only our outlook on life and the joy we feel every day, but also in our physical health. Many physical challenges are rooted in our emotional baggage, and releasing those emotions can create massive change in our health and wellness.
If you are struggling with 'making the connection' between what you know intellectually about the changes you want to make (perhaps from reading personal development books or have discovered about yourself through professional counseling) and how you actually feel and function on a day to day basis, Wendy's knowledge and experience with this same struggle could prove to be invaluable to your growth and transformation. She would LOVE to help you discover the BEST VERSION OF YOU, so you can start to enjoy a life filled with joy, abundance and purpose!

Certified Bowen Practitioner
Edna received her training in 2013/14 from the Bowen Training Academy. This technique was developed in the 1950s in Geelong, Australia by the late Tom Bowen. This therapy is a gentle form of natural healing during which very subtle moves, performed over muscles and connective tissue sends messages deep into the body retrieving memory of a preferred, relaxed and balanced way of well being. The combination and precise placement of moves, balances and stimulates the entire body and allows toxins and old patterns to be released as well as creating a state of deep relaxation. These changes stimulate the body's autonomic nervous system to "reset" itself and allow the body to use its own innate ability to heal. Results can be remarkable, even from the first session. Bowen therapy does not use forceful manipulation and the technique has the ability to improve function in a gentle yet profound way.
This technique should be considered for the following health concerns: back pain, digestive and bowel problems, migraines, mental and emotional stress, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, knee, ankle, and foot issues, neck and shoulder issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, and any condition where pain and imbalance exists. You may find additional information on Bowen Therapy at www.AmericanBowenAcademy.com or Edna's website firstname.lastname@example.org
This hands on body work is performed on a massage table over clothing and it's helpful to wear a loose fitting top such as a tank top, camisole or t-shirt and shorts or leggings.

Lynn P. Winters
Cranial Sacral Therapist
Lynn Winters OTR/L is an occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience working in settings that include out patient clinics, hospitals, home health, schools and early intervention programs. She has worked with all ages from infants through seniors. For the past 15 years, Lynn has studied and used CranioSacral therapy and other manual therapies including visceral manipulation, muscle energy, strain counterstrain and myofascial release. This has brought her therapy to a new level of holistic treatment. It is her passion to help others by empowering them to learn about their bodies and enable their bodies to return to wellness.
CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, hands on therapy that works with the central nervous system including soft tissue and fluids that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It works to release restrictions and tensions in the body that cause pain and dysfunction and allows the body to use it's innate ability to return to health.
Therapy is done in a quiet, private setting. The client wears comfortable loose clothing and the therapist begins by assessing where the restrictions are by placing her hands on various areas of the body. Those areas are then treated using gentle, non invasive techniques. The sessions usually last about one hour and although the experience is different for each client, the person may feel heat, movements in the areas being treated and often deep relaxation. People have reported pain relief, more energy and a sense of balance in their bodies and lives.
CranioSacral Therapy has been beneficial in treating
stress and tension-related disorders
infant and childhood disorders
post concussion symptoms
and many other conditions
